Supporting Your Culinary Program Through Cocktails (Industry Only)

This portion of the St. Louis Gin Week Celebration will focus on building a cocktail program that works as a support structure for your culinary program, paring gin with seafood (focus on oysters), and using high proof spirits responsibly in creating cocktails.

Taryn Kapronica from Leopold Bros. will be on hand and will taste through her portfolio including a new to market gin. Cocktail and food parings will be provided by Tom Halaska & Chef Dan Sammons.
