While rum is the king spirit of Tiki cocktails, gin had found it’s way into the marriage of flavors in various recipes. From classic Tiki recipes on through the Revival of Tiki, gin has been a component of Polynesian mixes, offering its citrus and herbal characteristics to compliment the tropical flavors and aromas most associated with Tiki.
